Welcome to the MyIVSpa Affiliate Program! By participating as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

Eligibility

To join the MyIVSpa Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for promoting MyIVSpa’s services using approved marketing materials and methods.

Affiliates must not engage in false advertising, deceptive marketing, or any practices that damage MyIVSpa's reputation.

Commission and Bonuses

Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral link.

Bonuses for referring 5, 10, and 15 clients are as outlined in the affiliate onboarding materials.

Commissions and bonuses are calculated based on the net sales amount and may be subject to adjustments.

Payment

Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

Payments will be issued via [payment method, e.g., PayPal], and affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Term and Termination

This Agreement will commence upon your acceptance into the affiliate program and will continue until terminated by either party.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

Upon termination, affiliates must cease all promotional activities related to MyIVSpa.

Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use MyIVSpa’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program.

Affiliates may not modify or alter MyIVSpa’s branding or marketing materials without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

MyIVSpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

Affiliates assume all risks associated with promoting MyIVSpa and acknowledge that they are not employees of MyIVSpa.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.

Changes to Terms

MyIVSpa reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Notification of changes will be provided via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the MyIVSpa Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
